ROY C. HINTON
Roy C. Hinton is the Chairman-President-CEO of Claims Service Corporation of America. He is a National General Adjuster with over forty years of Multi-Line experience in claims. His experience includes Casualty, Property, Physical Damage, Claims Management, Auditing, Consulting, and Mediations. His expertise includes attorney negotiations, trial preparation, claims administration for Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London and other London based companies. Roy’s background also includes serving as a qualified expert witness on litigated claims and other insurance related matters. Mr. Hinton serves as an Appraiser and Umpire on appraisal matters and is also an Arbitrator on complex claims and coverage issues.
Roy is a member of the Richmond Claims Association, Virginia State Claims Association, Hampton Road Claims Association, and Atlanta Claims Association. Roy is past President and Adjuster of the Year for Richmond Claims Association, Inc. A full member of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters, Inc. active and voting member National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA). Roy is an Associate Member of the Loss Executives Association (LEA) and co-chairman of the State of Virginia Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Roy is President-Elect of the Virginia State Claims Association.

JAMES M. PORTER
James M. Porter, Assistant Vice President & General Property Adjuster, has over 30 years of experience in Property, Casualty, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation claims, having worked in claims management with two major insurance companies. James’ heavy emphasis is on large property losses to include manufacturing plants, warehouses, strip malls, condominiums, apartment complexes, motels, governmental entities and churches. James also has extensive experience in handling loss business income, stock and extra expense claims.
Mr. Porter is licensed in North and South Carolina and is a member of the Richmond & Virginia State Claims Associations and the Professional Claims Association. In 2000, James was awarded Adjuster of the Year by the Richmond Claims Association and in the year 2001, James held the office of President for this same organization. He currently serves as President elect of the Virginia State Claims Association.
James graduated Virginia Union University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Ernie Davenport is one of Claim Service Corporation’s claim supervisors having over thirty seven years of casualty experience investigating Automobile, G/L, Trucking Liability, W/C, Products Liability, Cargo & Disability claims. Ernie is also a National Account Administrator for large self-insured corporations. Ernie’s prior experience includes work with a major independent firm and national risk-management company. Ernie is a very detailed, tenacious investigator and negotiator.
An active member and past officer of Lynchburg Claims Association, Richmond Claims Association and a member of Virginia State Claims Association.
Ernie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Gregg is one of Claims Service Corporation's auto liability, general liability and property claims supervisors within the firm’s Lloyd’s of London and domestic claim operations possessing more than 15 years of claims handling experience at both a National and International level. Gregg began his career adjusting and negotiating rental vehicle damage claims for an international credit card company before moving to the Risk Management department of a self-insured and multi-location Fortune 500 company where he specialized in General Liability claims. Gregg was also responsible for the development and field training of Risk Management Best Practices for the company. In addition, Gregg spent several years as a Fire & Theft Investigator for a Fortune 500 company's Personal Lines Division before working as an Independent Adjuster and Appraiser covering central Virginia, southern Maryland and the District of Columbia. Gregg is the Treasurer of the Richmond Claims Association.
Gregg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with minors in both Political Science and History from Randolph-Macon College. Gregg also has an Associate in Risk Management designation from the Institutes (formerly the AICPCU).
Gary is one of Claims Service Corporation's claims supervisors within the firm's Lloyds of London and domestic account divisions. Gary has more than 25 years of multi-line claims experience, which includes automobile, general liability, environmental, workers' compensation, product liability and property claims. Gary has held positions as a Claims Supervisor, Claims Examiner and Litigation Specialist for national property and casualty insurance carriers. Gary's experience includes heavy emphasis and specialization within the litigation management process through the successful handling of numerous pre-trial conferences, mediations, and arbitrations involving large exposures for various carriers. Gary possesses excellent organizational, investigative and negotiation skills. He is currently licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware and Connecticut and is a member of the Richmond and Virginia State Claims Associations.
Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and minor in Business Administration from Saint John's University.

Jerry is one of Claim Service Corporation's claim supervisors within the firm's Lloyd's of London and Subrogation operations with over twenty-nine years of claims resolutions. Jerry's career includes casualty and excess carrier experience in investigating Environmental, Pollution, G/L, W/C, and Products Liability, claims. Jerry's background includes resolving claims for small business owners, mid-sized companies, and national account companies including Fortune 500 companies. Jerry's background also includes positions as a Workers Compensation Supervisor, Home Office Examiner, and Technical Claim Specialist for major property casualty companies. In addition, Jerry spent several years as a Latent Claims Specialist and Litigation Manager for a Third Party Administrator. Jerry is a thorough, persistent investigator and excellent negotiator. Jerry is a past member of the New Hampshire Claims Association. He is a current member of the Richmond Claims Association and a member of Virginia State Claims Association. Jerry holds adjusting licenses in several states. Jerry is a 25 year active member of Toastmasters International who served as a District Governor and holds the Distinguished Toastmasters certification.

ROBERT W. MURRAY (BOB)
Robert W. Murray is one of Claims Service Corporation's Claim Surpervisors within the Lloyd's of London and domestic TPA claim account divisions. Bob has over 26 years in all areas of handling multi-line claims in multi-jurisdictional territories across the United States. He has a proven record of handling complex coverage, liability and litigation issues involving multi-million dollar cases in the areas of commercial, excess & surplus, personal and specialty lines. Bob is a strong communicator and a quick decision-maker and is instrumental in obtaining key objectives in cross-functional team environments. Mr. Murray's extensive experience includes Litigation Manager for a regional third party administrator, Property Claims Supervisor and Manager of the Special Investigative Unit for a Richmond based property and casualty commercial insurance company and Subrogation Specialist for a national property and casualty insurance company. He has participated in numerous mediation, arbitration and pre-trial conferences all over the United States which resulted in the successful and amicable resolution of a large number of cases.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College and currently holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Institutes.

DEAN E. BARNETT
Dean E. Barnett, Account Executive, is one of Claims Service Corporation's subrogation claims supervisors. Dean has over 25 years of multi-line claim experience as an adjuster, supervisor, manager, account manager and executive claims consultant in both the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In addition to having in-depth technical claims experience, Dean has held both field and account management positions as well with two of the nation's largest Third Party Administrators and has worked 14 years as a claim consultant in New York for one of the largest international insurance and risk management brokerage houses in the world. In these roles, Dean worked with, managed and secured numerous Fortune 500 accounts and conducted numerous claim reviews.
Dean holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Jade is the company’s primary contact for all accounting related inquiries regarding accounts payable and receivable. Jade’s emphasis and expertise includes financial analysis, reporting, bordereaux and Third Party Administration (TPA).

Kathy is Claim Service Corporation’s Recovery Specialist who has close to forty years of business experience that encompasses negotiation, collections and management. Kathy currently assists the Subrogation Department in recovery of claims and all administrative filings.
